"Poor communication. Had truck over a week and had to tow somewhere else to get it fixed. We have tracking and ELD on truck, we know when it is started. They barely worked on it over the week. Instead of being honest and saying they didn't have time or they weren't equipped to work on it, they just strung us along. Only plus size, they did not charge us an arm and a leg. They were quick when we called for the road side service and reasonably priced for that. Something small and easy, I am sure they would be great and seem reasonably priced. If you have a potentially big issue, pay the $ and get towed back to Atlanta."
