I had a very good connection at Lincoln (switched companies) who I knew looked out for my best interest whenever I took my vehicle in for a repair or service. "When I first brought my car in for my check engine light, I felt confident I was going to the right place because they had such great reviews. My first impressions were aligned with these great reviews, with the manager personally keeping up with me about my car. Those feelings quickly dissipated when I was told that my car would be ready on a certain day only to find out that it was not ready. I only have one car. I had to miss work, find rides, and scramble to make it to work and take my kids to school. When I got the voice-mail that they "hit a snag" I rolled my eyes into another dimension. I had already been prepared to pay $2800 to get my car fixed which was outrageous for me. But this "snag" involved the wrong part being ordered, other parts being on "national back order" and the cost changing to $3500. I was furious. I was stressed. I told them that I would not be able to pay that and they said, "let me see what I can do." Magically, they were able to keep the original price, except it's have to wait another day to get it fixed. I was told it would be done the following day in the "early afternoon" . Afternoon came and went and I still didn't know the status of my car. At this point they had my car for for 5 days. 5 days of not having my family vehicle. 5 days of being told different expectations for when my car will be done. While I'm grateful they were able to keep the cost as originally expected, I am not happy with how long it took to finish my car, and the lack of proper expectations being set from the get go. I'm going back to Sun Auto in the future."
