"Went to see Dr Allen eckhoff I've had a bad back for years I refuse to take pain pills I was going to try injections again Nothing but trouble I arrived 5 minutes early I'm a farmer hard to get away at all the old biddy behind the counter starts telling me I can't be seen as I'm late I check my phone no ma'am 5 minutes early oh OK I still don't think this doctor can see you I just smile and sit down after half an hour or so they call me back doctor does no exam says oh our office failed to get your previous records I'll just have to reschedule well whatever their mistake so I go back to work 2 weeks later I get a bill in the mail for 150.00 so I sent it back with a letter explaining that I shouldn't have to pay for no exam no Nothing Some gal named Dani who introduced herself as the office manager called up demanding 150.00 saying oh yeah doctor eckhoff set up a treatment plan for you ok what is the treatment plan no answer then they call up saying I need an mri of my lumbar spine the lower part I say no the bit bothering me is my thoracic spine t6 t7 oh no we cannot do an mri of that well why not that is what bothers me and where I need injections instead of helping Dani wants to argue so forget it I cancel all future visits go rob someone else I just can't believe it"

"i would leave zero stars if possible went to see dr. allen eckoff for the first time arrived 5 minutes early i'm a farmer hard for me to get away at all mid back is hurting around the t6 -t7 are hoping injections would calm down the worst of the pain things started to go wrong right away the old biddy in the front says doctor can't see you cuz you're late i check my phone no ma'am 5 minutes early well i still don't think doc can see you i just smile and sit down after half an hour so they call me back doc says well our office forgot to get your records transferred nothing we can do for you well whatever their mistake makes a new appointment imagine my shock when a couple of weeks later i get a bill in the mail for 150.00 so is end a letter back with the bill explaining what happened and a couple days later some gal named dani who introduced herself as the office manager calls up demanding the 150.00 i explained to her i should not have to pay for their mistakes if i screw up that bad at work i'd get fired let alone bill the customer for my mistakes but whatever i just pay the bill next thing to happen is i get a call from radiology they wan't to schedule an mri of my lumbar spine i say no the thoracic spine is where my problem is and where i need injections gal said she would ask to have the order change well guess what dani calls again and says oh no we can't do your thoracic spine so after the mri of your lumbar spine you have to come in pay another 150.00 to have them look it over then start all over on the thoracic i said no cancell all my appointments you've stolen enough from me i guess if you don't want expensive drugs they just don't want to help so bye bye you get to steal no more from me"

"Dr. Smith is fast paced because she is the best and has so many patients yet in able to be seen quickly and FINALLY get my pain resolved. I want the best who will get it done right and quickly....Dr. Smith is that doctor! I only wish I'd seen her years ago. Her nursing staff take really take the time to answer my questions too and make me feel comfortable. ."

Dr. Smith's intention is to get everyone off of opioids by controlling and or relieving your pain completely. Dr. Jolene Smith is one of the best Pain Specialists I have had the pleasure to have as my Physician. She sits down with you and talks to you about your concerns. I've been on pain meds for almost 7 years. With her help I am finally starting to go down in dosage. You need to gain her trust and and allow a relationship to build. Just going doctor to doctor to see who will give you pains meds; is not going to work. Don't Doctor shop for your pills! And then call the doctors who won't bite, bad doctors. If you want help with your pain go see Dr. Smith. If you want help getting feeding your addiction, go somewhere else! Thank you Dr. Smith! Keep up the great work!"
