"during work hours they leave their phone off the hook so you can't call or leave a message. OFTEN get prescriptions wrong (type, dosage, and pharmacy are all common), impossible to get ahold of a person. when their phone isn't off the hook they put it to a phone service. we've been a patient here since 2018 and the service gets worse by the year."

"Dr. Wilharm is great but the staff here is atrocious. When it comes to doing there job they are lazy and incompetent. I would of left years ago if it wasn't for Wilharm. It seems as if once I'm half way empty with a prescription I have to start the process on getting it refilled just so I can get it on time. There has been countless times I go without taking my mental health meds because they can't get the message to the Dr soon enough. Now on day 4 of no med when I had my pharmacy reach out to them last week. This place is a joke!!!"

"This place kind of sucks. I believe everyone here is college educated however, when it comes to scheduling appointments, they don’t know how to do that. They’ll put you down at say 10 o’clock and you won’t even get back to see someone till 1030. Now I don’t know about you, but my time is precious. I know they feel their time is precious and valuable. Period trying to live a happy, and peaceful life, but it doesn’t help with the people who are supposed to be helping. You cannot even keep an appointment time. Nobody likes to wait. Maybe they should have a meeting on how to schedule appointments so that the clients are sitting in the waiting room for a half hour before they even go back and that could take another 20 to 30 minutes so there’s one hour gone of your day because they don’t know how to schedule appointments."

"You can't even call to schedule an appointment anymore. You have to now call and talk to an operator and they send a message and when ever the front desk feels like it they will call you back. I can't ever talk to the provider about medication without sending a message."

"My son has trust issues and Trina was amazing with him! She was calm and understanding. He usually doesn't open up easily, but did with Trina and liked her! Definitely will be continuing to come see Trina for therapy as she's amazing and super helpful! My son also used to see Dr. Wilharm, which he was great, but when he had an appointment at 5 pm and I'm getting a call at 11 pm that's ridiculous and was the final straw!! We switched to Evans Koman and couldn't be happier! Best decision we made."
