"Thank you to the wonderful staff at Unity Point Urgent Care Pecks Landing. Especially Arnp Tami and nurse Dena. You treated me with respect and my whole 5 min of being there including checking in and Tami coming in and the nurse doing vitals and then leaving telling me, it was because my son hasnt pooped in 2 days was wonderful!. You really know how to care for your patients and make them feel like they are doing a great job. Including talking to me like im a complete idiot and my concerns for my son are a waste of your time. Even though you had the means to do more and should have based on his symptoms, but pretty much telling me if I didn't beleive you, I could take him to the emergency room. Your service was piss poor and I will let everyone I know, who goes there to make sure they don't go there and see you! Ps I work in healt care as well. You are the reason we get a bad rap and people don't take care of themsleves. Ps. I would now like to note per the aftercare summary from Arnp Tami. She states that there was not raidiating pain even though I told her it specifically it he says is starts with around his abdomen and goes out to his right side and downward. She put it was his left flank and the pain was in his back and when she pressed on his back he clearly told her it didnt hurt there!!"

"Online and in person the time they say they open at 8am. Tell me why we tried to take my brother this morning; got there after 8oclock and the doors where locked? We knocked on the door for at least 3 minutes just for someone to come out and tell us they open at 9.... Then you better fix your open to close hours because that's faults advertisement."

"Front desk not very compassionate at all. They could definitely be more personable to sick people. They asked what my symptoms were and then made the decision to say they were too busy, meanwhile no one was waiting to be seen in the waiting room. I would have waited. I then went to Marion who is fully booked with 20 people waiting and still took me. I understand 2 urgent cares are closed but really the perception is they didn't want to do a rapid test. Marion front staff were much more caring as well."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 20 minutes after reserving a spot online. Express indeed! Would highly recommend for busy parents that only need a quick visit!"
