"Came in and purchased a switch for 4x4...wanted the Dorman but the packaging was clearly open...got the duralast but it didn't light up or work. I took it back and needed to go pick another part up from a competitor because they didn't have any more. I paid debit but they refused to give me cash back . Normally thays fine but I'm in between pay days and money is tight and it hasn't posted to my card yet. I'm broke and truck is stuck in 4hi . Won't do business ever again."

Then during the checkout process with Roosevelt I mentioned my battery cables might be loose. Both of these amazing gentlemen came outside in the freezing cold to look at the battery cables and tightened them up. I can't remember the last time I've been treated so nicely at any store.
