"Very irritated today with this Banfield. Geeze. This Banfield has had my cat Nile for 4 hours for a simple blood test to get his insulin renewed. He's diabetic. They said it would take 2 hours if I dropped him off so I did. I was notified that his insulin was ready at the drugstore so I assumed he was done 4 hours later. I picked up the insulin while I called them and was able to drive to the Banfield from my home while they just put me on hold for 15 minutes! I walk in and say nevermind that call its me. Two clerks were sitting (presumably playing Minecraft on their computers, not busy) and said, oh is that what that call is. Now they say it will take another 10-15 minutes. It's been 20-30 minutes now am I am sitting in my car waiting for them to notify me. Unbelievable! This is s#%t customer care! Update: Banfield's response is just more of the same. Virtue signaling to the public at large that they are empathetic. They have my name, phone and email address and could surely reach out if they really are concerned about my frustration. I even shared my frustration politely with the clerks along with a suggested approach to eliminate mine and others frustration in this instance. But, no call or text or email yet. Just this "social media managers" weak attempt at damage control."

"I've been bringing my pets (dogs and cat) here for about 7 years now. I started coming here out of a funny coincidence - I had a bad experience with a vet at another Banfield, and after talking with the regional manager about my concerns (he was great and actually very responsive), he recommended I try here because of positive feedback from other owners. I remember when I first showed up. I was nervous and standoffish, not the easiest person to deal with. But the vets and staff here immediately put me at ease, were patient and caring with me, and showed me clearly that they would take good care of my pets. I've been coming ever since. At this point, I feel like the staff here are part of my pets family. I genuinely feel they care for my pets, which makes a big difference to me. They communicate well, are very friendly, and have on many occasions gone the extra mile for us as we've worked through some tough and sometimes scary medical situations. They have shown me over and over that they care for my pets and will help us, which I deeply appreciate. I also think the vets and staff here have good training, good medical judgement, and good communication. While most of our care has been routine, we have had to work through some difficult situations. They have the knowledge, expertise, and care to handle it all."

"I just moved here from Colorado, Ranger and I couldn't be happier with the wonderful care we received at this location. Ranger is my Service Animal and they were very accommodating to ensure I wouldn't be separated from him during his care. The Dr. and Tech were very knowledgeable and even bringing things to my attention that other doctors had missed. They're catching some things early prevented things from becoming bigger issues in the future. I am very grateful for their care and attention."

"Every time we go to Banfield, we feel like family. Vet visits stress out our pups, but the staff are so friendly and do their best to put them at ease. The care is thorough and thoughtful, and they do a great job of following up after visits. On the occasions when we’ve lost a senior pet, the staff have cried with us as if they were part of the family. Every experience is wonderful - highly recommend!"
