"The hotel had a very large room when I checked in, but the maid service was horrible! Every day I would have only a SINGLE bath towel replaced, but none of the other towels were replaced (including the washcloths that I used). The bed was also not made, nor were the trashcans emptied. The draperies were also broken, so I couldn't open them wide enough to see what little view there was without really tugging on them and feeling like I was breaking the guiderails or tearing the drapes. The Breakfast served was edible, but it consisted of watered down scrambled eggs, overcooked sausage patties, and McDonald's Fried Hashbrowns along with store bought biscuits and gravy. The hotel was also quite a distance from everything and the road had a divider that meant you couldn't turn left onto 6th St SW. You had to go around the block to get onto it. In my opinion, the staff were cordial, but just there as figureheads and not really that helpful. I do not intend to stay at this hotel again."

"My family travels alot for work and this is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Very friendly at check in and check out. If you need anything they do everything they can to get it for you. They have delicious cookies for guests. Breakfast is pretty good."

"I am so impressed with this location. The staff were so helpful and eagerly friendly. The breakfast is fresh and the best I've had in a hotel in many many years. There was such a a wide array of freshly made items to choose from. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable and the rooms are clean, relaxing and just all around an amazing experience here. I would highly recommend!"

"I would not recommend. Room was dirty. Mold and soap scum around bathtub. Mold around sink. Hair on toilet. Tv remote looked like it had never been cleaned. Etc, etc… Most of the furniture seemed beat up and old. Toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. Water pressure was horrible. Bed and bedding was below average. Housekeeping knocked on my door even though I had the do not disturb sign up and had scheduled a late check out. The only plus was that the staff was very nice and accommodating."
