"I went to this store to purchase some work boots and the retailer had his feet on the desk and looked like he didn't care about the business at all. I hope the owner see this message and address this retailer as soon as possible! If my job didn't have a uniform policy I would have walked right back out of that door without buying anything!!!"

"The guy was very rude playing on phone sprawled out behind the counter gave short condescending answers while i was trying to figure out the store i wanted to see what kind of boots they had but after that attitude i just walked out I can get them elsewhere"

"Refused to do a price match from their own website without a manager. Should be someone on-site at all times to authorize a price match off your own website, especially if it’s 130pm on a Thursday. Seems like a reasonable time to have a supervisor or manager at the store. Waste of a half hour."

"I’m not sure that Galls (Carpenters) can get an order right, I ordered some class Bs back in November. They arrived a month later and Galls (Carpenters) forgot some embroidery. Not only that but I spent a couple hours on the phone with them explaining the issue and Galls was not exactly eager to fix the issues or resolve it with me, taking another half hour to send me a return slip via email... customer service is poor at best. Not too mention they do not return phone calls when you leave a voice message and they do not answer the phone, I called them 7 times today alone."
