"For years I have donated furniture to the Thrift store, however, my experience last week was horrible. I called and setup a pickup time for some kids furniture. I set a dresser, and desk/bookcase on my front porch for pickup and was running errands at the time the truck arrived. The worker refused the desk/bookcase claiming it was in rough condition. I called when I arrived home and questioned why. The lady I talked to, told me to email pictures of the desk and she would get back to me. That was over a week ago and still no reply."
