"Best BK in town. You can always count on the food being consistently good."
"I specifically come this location because of the lovely woman that works the drive thru on Sunday mornings ."
"I was very surprised by how decent this place was. The burger was good and the staff were friendly and fascinated by my Australian accent. The restrooms were very clean and tidy, which was a great surprise. The only reason I'm not giving it higher is that the chips, sorry, fries, were pretty cold."
"This was a great place to get lunch when visiting a friend who lives a couple of blocks away. When we arrived at our friend's house, we found out he had not yet returned from running some errands and would be gone another 30 minutes or so. Having extra time on our hands, needing to stop by a tobacco shop three blocks from our friend's house and experiencing a beautiful spring day, we decided to walk to the tobacco shop then return and visit. Perhaps a 30 minute trip. However, Burger King is between our friend's house and the tobacco shop. As we got closer to Burger King we could smell the famous and mouth watering charbroiling smell that constantly surrounds these restaurants when they are open, we hadn't had lunch yet and who can resist that great smell? So, in to Burger King we went! When approaching the counter a wonderful lady working there welcomed us and took our order. Well, taking an order from us is a task itself. I always have to ask if there are any specials that might interest me, I sometimes need help in reading the small print of the prices displayed on the wall menu, my other half has to take some time to look at all the menu to figure out his choices of a meal now and a meal to take home for snacking and we can both change our minds mid way through. We are also known to order additional condiments or request lots of napkins or make sure we are getting plastic dinner wear for our selections after the order is almost or already completed. Of course most restaurant workers have already tended to these needs but we like to make sure before getting our food, especially right before leaving a drive through. Then we always do the obligatory bag inspection to ensure our order is complete and nothing, aI mean not thing is missing from our order. We are not necessarily difficult but sometimes needy and overly cautious customers. When not checking our order, we have been screwed out of items before. Oh, and before ordering anything this day, I asked the lady waiting on us if being an old looking 58 year qualified for any discounts but unfortunately was told no. I will have to wait two years prior to retirement when I am 65 for the current senior deal. But when being rung up we somehow received a 2$ to 3$ discount. We got our food and were not disappointed-hot, smelling and tasting deliciousI The sandwiches were perfect, made to order-just like Burger King's 1970's ad ". .hold the pickles, hold the lettuce, special orders don"t upset us...have it your way at Burger King..." . The onion rings were hot and crispy, the free refill on the soda was great and the burgers so good that we had an excellent lunch. To top it off I got one of the paper Burger King crowns to wear the rest of the day-first one I had in about 40 years! When we were leaving the dining room, the lady working the counter asked how our experience was and thanked us for coming in that day. I wish I could remember her name but it has been over three weeks. What a great experience she helped create in our day, making me feel very appreciated and important to this kind and very pleasant kady. Thanks Burger King. And, thank you wonderful lady that waited on us! This was a very memorable and pleasant experience."
"Very friendly staff, quick service, and hot fresh food. This location is newly remodeled and it's obvious they take pride in cleanliness and presentation. It is by far superior to the location down the street. If I lived in Pleasant Hill, I would always drive the extra few minutes to be sure to get what I want. You Rule!"
