"Placed an online order at 6:13pm to pick up at 6:45pm. Ordered wings well done. At pick up no employees were helping guests at the counter. Arrived at 6:45. Waited at least 5 minutes no employee greeting or acknowledgement. Food was sitting on the shelf. Got home in 5 minutes. The wings were rubbery and luke warm. The tenders were cold. The fries were limp and soggy and also cold. Obviously they cooked the order at 6:13 and not at pick up time. We wont go back. Gross!!!"

"Absolutely the slowest restaurant in the Des Moines area, every time it's a minimum of 20 minute wait. They will sometimes go 5-10 minutes without getting a single order out while the lobby is full of people waiting. Incredibly frustrating every time. I'd give zero stars if I could."

"My husband and I came here with our young son. He has diabetes and the wings/protein are a typical favorite. We noticed the atmosphere minutes after ordering. Music was blaring expletives with the F word and likewise. My husband asked them to turn the music down/change the station. They barely turned down and left the station on. And our order took 20 minutes to be given. We will not be back. Poor service. Not family friendly and altogether pretty awful."

"I don't know her name but the sweet lady running the register and kitchen was excellent. Only 2 employees working and they had a flow and were nice. I appreciate you both and I pray God blesses you!"

"Read all the reviews. But I've never been to a wing stop. So I wanted to try it. The food was good. The manager was working her tail off. Making sure the kitchen help stayed on track. Dine in tables looked a little dirty. So that needs more attention. As they say, you're only as strong as your weakest link. And that's the kitchen staff."
