"Caring pharmacist. My toddler got fuzzy after getting a flu shot, while we were leaving target she came out and gave them pop-its and saved our day. CVS should increase staffing at this location, the employees here are exhausted. 5 stars to the pharmacist but -1 star to CVS for keeping this location short-staffed."
"Twice I booked appointments for my 96-year-old mother to come get a COVID booster. Twice she had to come in a wheelchair and a special van. And twice when we arrived they told us they couldn’t do it. The first time the serum was out of date, the second time the serum was frozen. Talk about inconsideration and incompetence! And I’d told them her age and issues when I booked the appointments. Obviously they didn’t care. Shame on them!"
"I am very dissatisfied with this pharmacy. last week my significant other had back surgery and when she got out on Wednesday the doctor ordered some pain medication to this pharmacy. I went to pick it up and they told me they did not have it and it would be in tomorrow and I'd be able to pick it up tomorrow afternoon. she had enough to get through the day so it was okay. I went there again to pick up the prescription. they did not call or say a word and they told me we don't have it and it will be in tomorrow. they knew she had back surgery. did not attempt to call to even let her know that she the museum should contact the doctor to see about getting it elsewhere. ended up taking her to the emergency room to get a shot. contacted the doctor the next day. they would not answer our phone calls or his phone call and he had to send them a nasty note then were able to get the prescription. if it's life and death don't count on them"
"The staff were so helpful and so fast to fill my prescription. My home CVS had a back order on the medication I needed. Since this medicine was covered by insurance, they were so great to find me a coupon. Thank you so much ladies, I appreciate it."
"This pharmacy was amazing when Bill was the manager. However, the older woman tech is extremely rude and basically blamed me for my prescription not being ready. I have a pharmacy degree from a local university and worked in retail for various companies for over a decade. Anyway, the service has severely declined and possibly some additional customer service training is needed. I get times are tough, but common courtesy never goes out of style. I have since transferred my prescription."
