Smokey Ds BBQ

"What a great BBQ joint. Many choices to choose from on the menu that is served quickly. The ribs were moist and delicious. There's lots of sauces in bottles to add to your ribs if you'd like. The mac and cheese was pretty tatsy, too! The bar area was a good size with a frost bar installed to help keep your beverages chilled. I highly recommend trying the restaurant. You won't be disappointed."

"Very friendly people here. My first time ordering and they gave me a rundown on the menu. Later they checked up on me to see if I was enjoying it and to give me some bbq sauce recs. Fantastic ribs, tender and amazing. They've won a lot of bbq awards and it shows in the food. Definitely coming back if the opportunity comes."

"I didn’t even know that food this good exists! Found this place while driving cross country. Everything on the menu is the most delicious version of that food you’ll ever get. We had pork ribs, burnt ends, baked beans, Mac & cheese, and coleslaw. To die for!!! There was a huge line, but it went very fast. Prices very reasonable considering quantity and quality. Don’t think twice…go out of your way to dine at Smokey D’s."

"Used to live in Des Moines so we always try to hit Smokey D's when we are back in town. Still the best!!! We used to have Cody's Smokehouse in Sioux Falls which used the same recipes as Smokey D's. But the owner of Cody's was too lazy and didn't want to put in the time and effort to make it what it could have been and they shut it down after only a few years which was a shame. Even if the recipes weren't exactly like Smokey D's it was still 100% better than anything else available in the Sioux Falls area for BBQ. Can't wait to eat some more great food here when we are back again. It's something we really look forward to. Thank you for remaining delicious as always!"
