"My wife and I decided to take advantage of the 2 eat for $28 and we were very pleased with the food it was very tasty and with the price. Our waitress who I forgot to get her name was very prompt kept checking on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Very pleased with our visit."

"Waited in the waiting area for 35 minutes, after being told that the wait time would be 15-20 minutes. One single host, who acted like she was brand new, told me about the wait as I walked in. I looked around at the 75% of tables that were empty, and agreed to wait the 15 to 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, I asked how much longer, and she said, "I have to clean a table first." Again I looked around at the 75% of open tables and I said, "Do you know approximately about how long that will be? She said, "no". Also there were two other groups of people waiting. One in front if me in line, and one behind. They had the exact same experience. Been coming here since i was a kid and it's sad that i won't be back because the service sucked and my wife, daughter, and I, waited an hour before we got our food in an almost empty restaurant."

"I was looking forward to having a nice meal with the hubby at Applebee's. We sat at the bar with dirty dishes next to us for an hour. Others had dirty dishes around them also. When we got there, there wasn't a wait time and only 5 others sitting at the bar with us. The restaurant was not busy. We placed our order food and drink order. We received the drink about 10 minutes later. We waited for an hour for our food that we never received. Asked about our food order, and her response was, " I don't know." We ended up leaving without the waitress asking if we wanted another drink(the glasses were empty and moved right in front of us, hoping to get her attention) or the food that we ordered. Paid for the drinks, left, and went up the road to Buffalo Wild Wings. We were in and out of there with good food and drinks! Will not be returning to Applebee's-which is disappointing because I was so looking forward to the salmon!"

"Throughout the years, my husband and I have enjoyed eating here. Unfortunately, in the past 2 years service, food, and cleanliness of plates and silverware have been horrible. Going from being charged $5 more on our ticket to wait staff not being able to count change back and trying to rip us off, to the final time we were in. That was today on 1/30/24 - we decided to give it one more try. We waited over 5 minutes for a server to even acknowledge we were there and to place our order. We got our drinks and that was it. Yes, it was around 12:30 and a little bit busy. And people were coming in after us. We waited over 20 minutes for our appetizer to never come to us. While watching 2 tables get their food before us that came in after we were seated and ordered we decided to leave. The host looked at us and said hope you enjoyed your meal. I had to laugh because we were seated close to the hostess station and he should have realized we NEVER GOT OUR FOOD!!!!"

"Endless wings were disappointing. Sent back an order because they were room temperature. Very very mid fries and there was a gnat circling the table to just be a bother. Waitress was top notch though! Service was the best part. Very apologetic and got us fresh wings. Decided to come back and update my review hoping for a better experience But got all but that"
