"Busy day for a windy cold day but the wait staff was quick and friendly. I ordered country fried steak which is what I order almost everywhere I go. Wow, the best country fried steak the best country gravy I think I've ever had. I should have taken a picture. When I was telling them at checkout how wonderful it was the lady next to me was telling them the chef was phenomenal. So I think if you're looking for a a simple quick diner fix this Perkins on Euclid is the one to go to"

"Maybe it was a hit or miss type of deal, and I caught them on a bad day but they were short-staffed at the time. I used to be apart of a chain restaurant myself, so I do understand how that works. But there were other customers there that were completely unruly. They were very loud. They yelled. They were rude. It has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, I get it, but the atmosphere was affected by it. There were only 3 servers working and I'm not certain how many cooks that they had but we were there for 45 minutes just waiting on food. But as I've said, we may have caught them at a bad time. I felt bad for the servers that were there. I bussed my table before we left because they were doing it all. It's also a bit overpriced."

"My breakfast was good. As good as sausages and eggs gets. But I didn't order sausage and eggs. I ordered bacon and eggs. But I can live with that. I don't like having to pay for a full carafe of coffee when I only want a cup. My server was friendly, but never asked about the food, or if I wanted anything else. I placed money on the edge of the table along with the bill, and my server didn't pick it up even after walking by my table 3 times. She did look busy, and was probably overworked. But she should have taken the money for the bill."

"I ordered delivery by door dash and service was good. My order was the 10oz Prime Rib breakfast. The prime rib had really good flavor, eggs were cooked correctly, hashbrowns were okay. I don't like that they cook them in margarine, gives an off taste. The pancakes were nice and fluffy. Supposed to come with free slice of pie, which I didn't get. Door Dash gave me credit for it. The containers are nice and sturdy that they package the food in. They need to double check the bag before handing it out."

"I sat down with a friend we sat probably 20minutes without being acknowledged one to our drink order it took another 10 minutes a different waitress comes over takes drink order 2nd time around the first waitress comes back and gets the drinks wrong,idk what was going on but the manager seemed to be in no position to perform duties,where's corporate when they should be watching the worst service there I've ever gotten usually is great but not today. November 2nd went back and had a better experience"
