Dollar Tree

"Could have been better. Trash all over the floor, boxes blocking parts of the aisles, and only 2 employees working on a busy day. Overall, it's not organized. Found what we wanted, though."

"I am a former cashier for Dollar Tree and I must say this location is always cluttered with boxes and U boats, very little customer service when you ask about something and they are extremely short staffed. If there's a line one of the employees will continue his smoke break and refuse to go help the customers. Bad service at this location and the shelves are always bare."

"Came in today to get some storage containers. Waiting in line and I’m next, they say they are getting the guy change but apparently the register broke. Instead of saying anything as I’m standing there with my 3 small children, they decide to open another register and help 4 people before saying the guy isn’t coming back. Terrible customer service- but I feel like what can you expect from dollar tree. You already know the quality isn’t top notch, I guess the same goes for customer service."

"Well now they steal from you! I NEVER take cash back from cash register, never ever. So after entering my pin, the cashier asked if I wanted my receipt I said yes. And she hands me a $20 saying I pressed a button on my end. No ma am I didn’t. Well, I won’t come back again nor will my family. Do better dollar tree. Not a way to steal money."

"This location has to be one of the worst I have been to. I have had to come to this one because of orders when I Instacart and the employees are far from helpful. The store always looks a mess and they keep "remodeling to add inventory with prices more than $1.25, which is already bad enough that price went up. The categories of things are spread out into 3-4 different aisles, it's a mess. The last time I attended I asked an employee about something out of stock on shelf - and seeing as they were stocking boxes maybe they would have it incoming. The Employee proceeded to tell me "We must be out or it is in the back and I am not going to look for it" what kind of response is that???"
