Silverman & Silverman agreed to the terms of repayment and then went to court without notifying my husband that they broke the contractual agreement and tried to get another judgement against my husband. When my husband went to see Silverman& Silverman the lady he tried to pay stated that the payment wasn't big enough even though that was the agreed amount. She was rude and completely unprofessional. The debt that they are trying to collect was payed in full to the original attorney this is robbery and I am in complete disgust. $6,000 for what services?"
