"The guy was absolutely NO HELP, what so ever. It wasn't even busy at the time I walked in from the moment I left. My phone service was horrible in the building too and I had to get a code to return a package. On their door, there was WIFI information. So, I tried logging into their WIFI and it wouldn't let me. After messing around with trying to get this scan bar for them for 10 minutes, the guy tells me they no longer have any internet or WIFI for customers or employees for whatever reason. I'll have to change locations, now."
