"This store is under new management so the previous reviews regarding customer service no longer apply. Also, the cost to ship a package UPS Ground there was literally twice as much as if I had taken it to UPS. Based on exact same shipping dimensions, weight and destination. I had no idea there was such a huge up charge or I would have taken my package directly to UPS."

"I cannot believe that I have lived in this neighborhood for a year and a half and I just discovered this place. Whenever I have a UPS drop off I drive all the way to 84th to the nearest UPS store. If I have to go to the post office I have to drive all over for that. Now I find that there is a place, less than a mile from my house, where I can take UPS, FedEx or UPS stuff! Plus if you have something to ship he will compare all of the carriers and help you decide which is the fastest, cheapest way to get your shipment where it's going."

"I've been here two times so far only because I don't send things often. Therefore, I don't really know what I am doing lol, but I don't have to worry because the gentleman working there always takes care of me and doesn't make me feel dumb. He does a great job of finding the lowest shipping rates. He's very personable and was super nice to my potty training son as he let him use the private restroom to avoid an accident. I drove all the way from North Omaha to The MailRoom just for the customer service."

I've witnessed some very taxing individuals that would make me lose my mind but Scott, the owner, is the most kind and patient man on the planet. WAY better than a traditional post office for wait times as well. I rarely go to a post office anymore. Plus, open until 6:00 pm."
