"Good place to drop off pre labeled packages. If you need any other service or have to interact with staff please go elsewhere. $45 to mail a package is outrageous. Went elsewhere and was charged $10."

"This store is good for dropping off Amazon returns or UPS packages that are already labeled and ready to go. I wouldn't go for any other reason. The manager comes off shady and makes some odd and off-putting comments and jokes. I had an appointment to set up a mailbox, and he wasn't there, and no other employees were able to set it up. When I returned, there was no disclosure on pricing, set up fee, or anything else. Initial research had a price range I was expecting, and after we started talking - if I heard him correctly, was for half of the price that he ended up trying to ring me up for on a small mailbox. He then offered to waive the setup fee, but the entire thing felt shady. Also witnessed a customer get charged $35 to get an envelope delivered in 3 days... that's robbery. Other carrier would have been 3 days or less for under $10. I love UPS and usually have great experiences at any store, but I'll be avoiding this one going forward."

"Your employee Duba is a delight! He is always cheerful, humorous and efficient. He is very familiar with UPS procedure and keeps the line moving. Really an excellent employee!"

"I'm here all too often, mainly with Amazon returns but Duba is constantly a warm smile. Many times, in the morning its quite busy, but he always greets everyone with a happy attitude and always takes care of what's needed promptly. In today's times good customer service isn't easy to find, so it's appreciated to see Duba enjoying his job and always being helpful and a pleasure to work with."
