"Wish they understood that you don't need three times the rent amount to afford the rent that they are charging. So unfortunately I sit here homeless even though I have paid rent for home while not even there and finished my lease while I went off to rehab. So I guess landlords no longer care about the ones that actually pay their rent no matter what, so maybe I will have to get a business license and start making fake paychecks to my mom so she has proof of income that she don't even need. That way they will actually give her a place and she won't be homeless anymore. I mean she's been through hell too and when I was 16 I had to pay her rent and all the bills for 6 months."

"Find a different place! Lived there two years and had horrible experiences. Lots of rodents that you can hear in the walls that they do nothing about. Had mice at one point in my apartment and even found a dead bat outside of my door. Lots of plumbing issues with the sink and dishwasher overflowing. Windows are not sealed correctly so water will come in if it rains heavily and your utilitiy bills are out of this world. Clothes dryer is always broken and will just eat your money. Spend a bit more money and live elsewhere!"

"I gave it 2 stars just for the staff, they are nice. However, I've had roaches, (I called, they never sprayed), we have had 2 mice, in 7 months time, so have the neighbors. . It is SUPER NOISEY, people honking every day multiple times per day, people yelling at all hours, garbage in the hallways, laundry rooms are filthy."

"I've been living here for two years now, and this is a very nice property. Very friendly staff and responsive maintanence. The apartment units feature central air, large living rooms, dishwashers, spacious balconies, and extra storage. They also offer garage spaces for an extra monthly fee (the only down side is that they dont come with a door opener). I have enjoyed the proximity to the Amana Colonies (~12 miles away) while living here."

"I have now lived in Pheasant Run Apartments for coming up on a year and decided it was time to write a review! First and foremost, the staff and management are wonderful here!! They are always friendly and very attentive to their residents needs. They have moved to an online system where you can make maintenance requests as well as pay your rent. I really like this system! The maintenance staff are all very friendly and respond fairly quickly to maintenance requests. Recently, I had an issue with a package that was quite large delivered to the wrong part of the apartment building. The maintenance staff where in the office when I came to tell the management, as I was worried about it being a fire hazard, and offered to help move it over to my apartment since my spouse was not going to be home for several hours. It really meant a lot that to me that they would come and help me after I had a stressful call with the delivery company. This is just one example of how kind and attentive the staff are here. The club house was recently remodeled and looks wonderful! I have very much enjoyed living in Pheasant Run Apartments and will be renewing my lease!"
