"I had hired Philip Katz in 2015. I had received a Complaint for Access Rights and Return of Child from my ex-husband and Philip was knowledgeable of the subject. He has stated that he had some experience with international child custody and he quickly reviewed my case. Philip helped arrange mediation for myself and ex-husband in which Philip help us come to an agreement in a short period of time. I had two court appearances in 2017 and 2019 which Philip represented me. The first court Philip was able to show to the judge that my ex-husband had decided to change his mind after an agreement was made during mediation. The Judge ordered that the items agreed upon during mediation to stand and not change. During the second court, Philip performed professionally and presented all of the evidence and questioned all witnesses with confidence. I won the second court with the help of Philip Katz.
