"Horrible business with awful customer service, I wish I could give them ZERO stars. After paying more than $600 to have the front brake pads and rotors replaced on my wife's car, the tech installed them WRONG! Horrible squealing metal on metal sound as soon as we picked up the car and applied the brakes. Had to take the car back to be fixed. After looking at them, they told us the person who installed them did it improperly. I had to tell them that it was you, this CarEx location that installed them wrong. After showing them the bill, they acted like they were doing us a favor by fixing them, because the parts were still under "warranty". Not a location to be trusted with quality work!!!"
