"I was involved in a hit-and-run. I took my truck in to Ted’s and they had the best customer service that you could ever ask for.. They were very thorough. They kept me in the loop by texting me and giving me updates on my truck. They had it done on the date They said it would be. I went to pick it up and you cannot even tell that I had to have a new door my paint matched to the tea they detailed my truck, then took it through inspection to make sure everything was perfect. It was more than perfect. It looks like it came off of the showroom floor. This place is absolutely amazing and if I was to ever need bodywork done again, I would look nowhere other than Ted’s. "We had damage to our front bumper on our Toyota Camry. I had to get two estimates and Ted's came through with the lowest estimate. Desiree was SUPER friendly and very personable during all of our visits. We went and picked up a rental car while having the work done and they said "you didn't have to do that, just leave the rental car here when you pick up your Camry - We will take care of that". The work was done and on time. Our Camry looks new again and to our surprise, it was cleaned and detailed inside and outside when we picked it up! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"I hadn't needed a body shop for any serious work for a long time. I hit a deer and the front end and passenger side of my car were damaged. I looked at reviews of Ted's and also checked the BBB. Reviews were good and the BBB was good as well. Ironically I ended up with two vehicles needing repairs within a month. Ted's worked directly with a rental agency for a rental car and with our insurance company as well to coordinate the repairs. The work and final repairs were excellent on both vehicles. Major parts were replaced as well a subtle damage repaired. The paint work was excellent blending the old and new finishes together. The staff was courteous and fielded all my questions as the process went along. They welcomed me to stop in and review progress as well if I liked (which I did). Just a note, It's been over a year since the repair and all is holding up well."
