"I travel to different states to thrift and this one is just okay. Pricing for shoes and NWT items are crazy ridiculous compared to other Salvation Armys thrift. NWT items will retail for $35 and they will have the priced marked for $30. Usually the rule of thumb is half off the retail value starting out. The cups, plates, etc are crazy high. The other clothes items are priced good. $2.99 for shirts and $3.99 for pants. The shoes are not in good condition. If I was local I would come on Thursday when they do $1 clothes outside of that idk."

"I called to ask for a pick up of a table. They gave me instructions that they would call the day before and let me know if pick up was going to be in the morning or from 12 to 4. They did call and let me know it would be from 12 to 4. They said they would call when the driver was 30 minutes out. Today they called at 11:58 a.m. so I got up and started to load the table (went to get the dolly, headed upstairs, loaded it, and made it outside in 10 minutes). Forgot my phone so I headed upstairs real quick and saw I had a missed call from the doorbell at 11:59 and a call at 12:10. (I live in an apartment building so they need to page me from the front door). So they call me at 11:58 a.m. to let me know that the driver is on the way. The driver was already there it seems and rang my bell at 11:59 a.m. when I was getting the dolly. In the time it took to load it up and make it downstairs (10 minutes), they had already left. When I called back the guy who answered the phone said they had already left and there was nothing they could do. Needless to say, I can't rely on them to keep donating. So I am tearing apart a good table and throwing it away because I don't have time left to find a good home and can't leave it by the trash in an apartment building (without being charged)."

"The prices here are absolutely absurd lol. I understand the value of collectible or vintage items, truly, but it's all excessive here, regardless of value. 90's burger king glasses, $30 EACH. Blue mason jars, $7.97 each. Mediocre set of china (not Noritake, though there was some of that priced high as well), $200. Little packages of plastic knives or paper party decorations, $4. And my absolute favorite - EMPTY plastic hand soap dispensers, for 97 cents! What?? The best part is there's a whole section of the store meant for more collectible or valuable items, and none of the prices I listed above were in that section (it was worse over there). I didn't look at clothes or books, but the furniture is also about twice what I'd consider reasonable. They still act like they're a discount store, with a color of the day tag and all that, but the prices are more like someone trying to get top dollar reselling on eBay. I'm not actually sure how this place is staying open or maintaining their reputation as a "charity" shop."

"I stopped at the Salvation Army thrift store today and was pleasantly surprised. Several great, and affordable items filled the store. A young lady by the name of Dana helped me. Customer Service is definitely the right fit for her!!! I've got to say the store looks amazing! Dana was pleasant, prompt and professional. Salvation Army is very lucky to have you Dana, keep up the great work!"

"I've found amazingly high quality furniture here, including a nearly brand new dining room set (real wood and 6 chairs)that retails for about $800. I purchased it during a half price tag sale for $35. I got a beautiful wood and wrought iron coffee and end table set for about the same price. Great place to go."
