"I don't recommend iStorage. Moved in 2 months ago and they raised the price 30%. I was also locked inside of the gate for over an hour when the manager was on lunch and the gate wasn't working. Go anywhere else."

"John was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He showed me the space I would be renting and had suggestions for use/access. (of course, riding in the golf cart was the best!) The rates are reasonable and the property appears in good condition."

"Hi storage appears to be a national franchise or corporate organization that has been purchasing existing facilities, certainly here in the Carson City area. They had three RV spaces available which was rather unique. I took one of them right away. The Manager it's hard working and sincere.. this group and all the others I was researching really want to do everything online. I had the spot the manager had shown me and had begun doing paperwork on, but the online corporate people rented it right under my nose so to speak."
