"On this day I got a meal to go. The gal who served me was very nice and patient while I looked over all the varied choices."
"First, when I walked in, there was no one on the line to get orders started. There was one cook that was standing around and another girl who I made eye contact with just standing and talking to someone towards the back. I waited about 5 minutes until three girls came out and started taking my order. They were low or out of 3 of the entrees so I couldn’t order my favorite side. Finally got my order and paid. I look in the bag, there’s no utensils, no napkin, no sauces. Just the bowl I ordered and the receipt. When I opened my food, the portion was very small. I tried the orange chicken and it is absolutely bland, soggy, and stale. The cream cheese rangoons are stale. No sauce for the rangoons either. Great. I usually get panda once a week in California because the food and service is always so great. Not at this location. Never again."
"Great fresh food and awesome service! This store is pretty busy every time I order but they always get everyone's order done in a timely manner."
"So we just ordered food from there through door dash, and I found a medical wrap/or tape/or bandage in my rice.... I'm not really sure why this would be in my rice, or even in my food in general considering they should be all using gloves... especially with wounds. It's cotton material for sure and suffice to say I'm officially grossed out of my food. This is ridiculous and disgusting to get, regardless of what it may be. Cmon Panda Express y'all need to do better. In the picture you literally see rice stuck to it. And I believe sauce but not sure."
"Cons: 》very few fresh dishes ready to be served, most soggy and been sitting there awhile and/or are empty and unmade. 》unhappy staff who you can't get to crack a smile The facility is fairly clean and what I truly love at this location is that they still make potstickers. All the Reno/Sparks locations stopped and I missed them terribly - so everytime I'm in Carson a stop here just for these is always in my game plan! The somewhat downside is that the staff no matter how nice you are and try to thank and get them to smile, they just aren't the friendliest people. They do however serve descent portion sizes, which I greatly appreciate. The other downside is that at 11:30 - they only had half dishes made and the other half empty - of the ones that were out, there weren't really any "fresh" options to choose from. Most appeared soggy or stale. I even had to microwave my string bean chicken after a 2 min drive to my friend's house (which I usually don't get string bean chicken- but was the most appealing "fresh"-ish item of what was there). The temperature of all the items was lukewarm to room temperature. All needed a good nuke in the microwave to revive it. I still love the potstickers, but truly wish the food was more freshly made or more options available."
