"I miss being able to go into this location, I would go into the location a couple of times a week, staff/owner was always friendly(miss the older lady with blonde/White hair). I ordered twice now via their website and had delivered to the new work office. NOT SAME QUALITY the delivery first time was missing my protein altogether, and when I called I spoke to a woman who sounded like in her 20s and she was like... "Ok....."(nothing to fix) I waited 2 months before trying again, I ordered again today, I got my protein but I splurged for chips and guac, and its not even a full scoop of guac for $5.10 the veggies are NOT COOKED(not a huge deal) the cilantro was still fully together (not cut or pulled apart).. btw I selected both times to include utensils...NOTHING. I LOVE THIS Location when I was able to go IN a few who dont care ruin it!"
"SO DISGUSTING!!! I ordered a veggie burrito for pickup from this place and when I took the first bite I noticed the longest strand of hair inside my food. I tried to pull it out to take a picture but I couldn't because it was wrapped tightly around the contents of the burrito. Not that I would ever want anything from this repulsive place, but when I called several times to complain no one answered. Wish I could give them less than 1 star — disgusting!!"
