"Worst service ever, However, with TB's new setup where you can only order via kiosk it really sucked. I could not find the lunch box specials. I talked to one of the clerks and told I needed to wait, 10 minutes later I finally tackled the clerk just to get runaround."

"I went through the drive through and ordered the new Chicken Chalupa box. A chicken enchilada burrito and a chicken Flatbread. First off I didn't get my chicken enchilada burrito which was what I was going to eat for dinner. None of the wraps were marked as to what they were so we had to disect to figure out what things were. Whenever I order from the taco bell on 50 they put my box items in a separate bag if they are out of the boxes. I even asked the girl in the window if that was everything. Granted I should of checked my bags but I was just off work and just wanted to grab and go. I think I'll just drive out of my way to go to the Taco bell across town next time."

"I don't understand why they have any humans here. You have to place your order on a kiosk and then wait for your order. Order a box and don't get a box? Just stuff! Honestly, I am very disappointed in the service. There was a customer waiting before we came in, and he is still waiting. I promise never to come back."

"Experience was completely the worst. Complete waste of my money, gas and time. What a disappointment. I would never serve anyone something this heinous. They knowingly and sneakingly, put this piece of slop in my bag, and tried to tell me it was impossible to make. This store is poor, the training seems to not exist, for example, I keep getting burritos that are wrapped with beans all on one side and meat all on the other. The portion sizes have reduced majorly which means I'm eating more tortilla than the actual burrito itself. I don't ever get everything I pay for, and to smack something on top of that, they don't care about us. It's a bunch of untrained kids running a taco bell doing whatever they feel like. This is the one taco bell that has absolutely no quality whatsoever. They don't care about their customers, it's just not there. It's unbelievable to me how they even keep getting away with this, it's unacceptable and nothing is being done about it. Don't go to this taco bell anymore. It's absolutely the worst, and they'll screw you over like they keep doing me."
