"I don't mind taking the bus. I've never had a problem with any drivers, although playing C&W music too loud is annoying along with 1940's radio plays. Busses should run every half hour, not hourly, most riders agree. NOTE: The last bus leaves the transfer station at 3:30, not 4:30 on Saturdays like the website indicates."

"At the time I was employed by J.A.C. It was a time of transition. One management company left and another took over. That was a smooth takeover. The operation only has 4 routes is running M-F 630 am To 730pm Saturday 830 to 430, no Sundays. It will get you anywhere along the main corridor of the City.While this is the State Capital of Nevada it is one of the smaller ones."

"Took my kids to pick up some monthly passes for the bus for the first time at the hub but they didnt take cards payment. They said the library took card payments so we went over there and they also do not take card payments. Checks and cash only. First, I think all options should be available but at the very least they should provide accurate information."

"I have had several experiences where the hus never even showed up. One in particular where the bus was already at the transfer station when it was supposed to be at my stop. Jac and its affiliates/associates have no idea what they are doing. Some drivers are nice. However I have been yelled at and cursed at by one. When I called on it they did absolutely nothing about it but tell me I can file a formal complaint and took my info for a manager to call me back. By the way I never got a call back. JAC sucks"
