"We contacted the Leslie's store on Aliante on 3/14/2020 in regards to a spa repair. We were provided with a tech number. We were given an appointment date of 3/16/2020. The tech made his one and only self iniated phone contact with me on that day. He said from our description, he knew what it was and didn't need to come look at it and would order the part. We waited 3 months for a resolution. After MORE than 25 texts, voice messages, and calls not returned (this tech only responded 2 times after the initial contact where he said it would take some time for the part to come in) we were entirely ignored. We tried contacting the store directly and although the store reps tried to help, nothing was resolved. On 6/7/2020, almost 3 months later, we finally got someone at customer service to investigate what was happening. The tech lied. There was no record of the part ever even being ordered. We contacted another spa repair company on that same day and 3 days later our spa was fixed...and it wasn't the infamous part either. If you want a company that responds and cares about it's customers, do not use Leslie's pool and spa repair service."

"Worst customer service of any company I have ever bought from!! Buy my product at the store and told it would be there between 5-10business days. Well on the 10th day they tell me that they sold my product to someone else and would have to give me a refund. Now get this...it will take 5-7 more business days to get my refund. Call customer service about this and get put on hold and hung up on. Will never buy anything through leslies ever again."

"I went to the pool store to exchange a pool cover. A sales associate by the name of "Dan" about 6 ft, white, round, glasses, balding, older helped me out. From the beginning I noticed he had an attitude, I tried exchanging my pool cover but the buffoon only wanted to transfer what I payed $166 and not the $50 dollar discount from the water authority and charge me the whole amount of the new pool cover $275. I tried telling him how I wasn't getting my $50 dollars that way but he insisted I was and started screaming to get his point across, I finally had enough told him I would come back tomorrow to talk to his manager. He kept telling me how he had 30 years plus of retail experience and how good his math was and his manager wouldn't be back anytime soon. So I left call the store the next day, what do you know the store manager was there. I explained to Kayla the problem we had, she was also trying to rip me off of 50 dollars. Till she decided to call another store and she decided to enter the receipt for a return / exchange and what do you know, not just the 166 but the whole purchase price was transferred and she was puzzled. She was surprised that that happened and tried to play it off as if she was never wrong. I left and called corporate, let's see if they decide to do something. People in this store do not know their basic math, be careful if you try to exchange or return something they might end up ripping you off..."
