"I don't know exactly what I expected... but it was something more than I got. We entered the store... walked around looking for about 15 mins with absolutely no acknowledgment or offer of assistance. There were 2 employees that I saw just hanging out towards the back of the store. We took a few boxes of shoes to the seating area to try them on Still no acknowledgment from either of the employees. We tried on a few pair of shoes and finally I went up to one of the employees to ask a question. "Do you have these in wide fit?" The employee (smelling of weed) took me to the wide shoe area and said this is all we have. Nothing in black with a black sole like you want. I said ok thanks and he walked off... My husband picked up 3 different styles and showed me saying... what about these?... All 3 styles were black with black soles in wide fit... I eventually found one I liked and we ended up buying a pair for myself & my husband... No thanks at all to the terrible staff and horrible customer service. We spent just over $150. Which was our choice, but for that I do kinda expect better service and a sales person who is somewhat competent. We got neither!"

"Edit: It has been two weeks since someone representing Skechers asked me to reach out to them to resolve this issue. It has been 2 weeks since I reached out to the email they left. There has been no response. Leaving a concerned response to a review is just for everyone else to think they care. They do not respond back or actually care. Won't honor military discounts or bogo on newer slip-on shoes or clearance shoes."
