"I had a signature required package routed here from FedEx that I need to pickup tonight. I called the store multiple times and after waiting on hold was hung up on twice. Seeing all the other reviews it’s clear this location needs new management and team members."
"Went to use the blood pressure machine and didn't see one. Went up to the pharmicist window to simply to ask where was it located. Before I could speak, a woman abruptly and very rudely said "I'll be with you in a moment!" I mean it wasnt like she was with a patient or on the phone. I needed to check my pressure and needed to know quickly. Never have I been treated so rudely before at a pharmacy! I am moving all my perscriptions to CVS from now on! I went to their window and patiently waited while a man, who was obviously the phone, kindly and immediately looked up smiled and said, "Hi, one moment please". Those kind words made all the difference and tells me they "CVS" cares. He then signaled to another tech who stepped up and answered my questions. That's customer service!"
"Absolutely worst Walgreens pharmacy I've been to. The staff seems undertrained. The most experienced staff member seems overwhelmed covering for them. And in the confusion of it all anger and attitudes come out. Openly rude and dismissive staff. The pharmacist seems tired and like she hates her job. I did not experience an ounce of joy while here for my vaccinations. Be forewarned, this pharmacist will only provide a maximum of 2 vaccines regardless of what you request online."
"I went to this store for a passport picture. Two caucasian women were in that department talking amongst themselves until I approached the counter. An older woman with a very raspy voice said very loudly, “Sorry babe we can’t help you.” She gave me no explanation, no eye contact, nor was she welcoming. The other middle aged caucasian women turned around, looked at me, and stopped moving boxes. She was a little harsh in tone at first, saying, “I can’t take a picture of you.” I realized that I had on a cream sweater. I said, “It’s because of the color of my sweater,” she then soften up and said, “Yes, you would look like you had a floating head, a pretty floating head,” she giggled. Although her response to odd as a customer service representative it was deceit compared to the old woman with the raspy voice. I replied to her that I appreciated her coming to talk to me and explaining why she couldn’t take my picture. Unlike her colleague look talked at me and was very unprofessional calling me “babe.” This store definitely needs a new staff or seriously training session about how to provide proper customer service so people would want to come back. I would never go there again or refer anyone. In fact, I will tell people how rude they are and to not waste their time."
"I have used this pharmacy for over a year now. It has not gotten any better over time. In ways, it seems worst. The manager(s) of the pharmacy don't understand how to solve their problems in handling the quantity of people that use their service. The result is they just count pills while the drive-up window services 2 cars an hour (seriously), with the balance of the cars waiting in the sun. Inside, they crawl over one another to get from point A to B, leaving you wondering just who will be keeping the dense accumulation of people around the windows organized and moving. I have used my cell phone to call them once to ask them to please service the line at the drive up window. I had been in the same position for 40 minutes! None of the workers seem happy. They have no smiles, no joy. It's not their fault. They are productive, as productive as the system allows them to be. So they work harder because the leadership is not getting smarter. The failed work environment comes from the poor leadership of the pharmacists. I've had it! Even the bus doesn't keep you waiting aimlessly. I am switching over to another Walgreens nearby."
