"Pharmacy Always has long lines expect to be there 20 to 30 minutes. I tried for a week to get my high blood pressure pills, they charged my insurance for 90 day supply and shorted me 30 pills and shorted me on my losartan 11 pills and when i called today idk the pharmacist name but he told me he would pass me to another tech and instead he sent me to the front of the store I told her my issue and she said to ask for the manager in pharmacy so i did she was very helpful so i called back to pharmacy and asked to speak to a manager and the lady that answered was the manager i explained to her what happened and she apologized and said that she would be there and for me to come in and she would give me the difference. The pharmacist name was Ariel she was very nice and helpful great customer service skills and very sweet."

"This is the WORST Walgreens in town. Need to drop off a prescription? Gotta wait 30 minutes to an hour in line. Need to pick up a prescription? That will be a long wait in line as well. We won't even bother talking about how long it takes them to actually fill the prescription. If you call the store it is no better. I tried 4 times today to talk to a pharmacist on the phone after getting an email saying they were filling a script that I no longer take. Every call was the same. I would wait for 8 to 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone just to hear them lift the reciever and slam it back down. 4 times in a row this happened. I tried to call the store side and a cashier answered. I asked for a manager and after 7 minutes I was hung up on. Dont bother trying to call them. You will never get through. The last time I went there to pick up my daughter's medicine we went through the drive thru. When we got home and opened the bag it was someone else's prescription in the bag with my daughter's prescription info stapled to the bag. They gave my daughter the wrong medication!!!! They gave her 2 bottles of diabetic drugs instead of her 2 different prescription bottles. I went back to the store to swap the drugs. They gave me $10 worth of points for my trouble and then as we were leaving stopped me to ask if my daughter had taken any of the diabetic pills. It was an after thought to them to see if my daughter was ok. This used to be a very good pharmacy. It has become a real nightmare now to go there. Making mistakes with people's medications is inexcusable. The long wait times just to drop off a prescription are ridiculous. Refusing to answer the phone is just plain nonsense. Can the managers not see all the bad reviews on the internet for them? Do they not even care?? Edit: if the sign says both drive thru lanes are open for pick up then they need to be open. You don't let someone sit there and then say sorry this lane is closed. At least put up a sign."

"I went to Walgreens on a Sunday evening at about 8pm because it is open 24 hours. The pharmacy had not yet received my script from the doctor, but a pharmacy staff member watched for it and filled it as soon as it came in. The pharmacy staff member was professional, pleasant and served me promptly."

"Pharmacy never answer the phone so you have to dive down there to handle anything even if it’s something that can be done over phone. They never fill prescriptions on time when you order refills online. I would not suggest them for a regular pharmacy. The worst customer service I have experienced in town. A lot of precious time wasted here. A photo while I’m once again having to come inside after sitting in line behind seven cars at the drive through when my prescription said it would be ready online yet I get here and it is not. And all they can tell me is they should have done it but they did not."

"Experience here was poor. This review is for the people thinking about using Walgreens photo services. Walgreens says they have same day pick up.. No they don’t! Placed my order Saturday, went to pick it up Sunday. Not ready. Fine, I’ll come back. Went back Thursday, and my photos were lost/discarded. This woman in the picture above was just plain rude and probably shouldn’t work here due to her lack of customer service. She had an attitude because I asked if she worked for the photo department and had to help me. She was getting frustrated that she couldn’t find my photos, then had to call 3 other workers to help her. I was being patient, I don’t mind waiting at all. But if you’re huffing and puffing, and giving me attitude that you can’t find my photos, then yes, that is just bad customer service. No one could find my photos. They were either lost, discarded or given away. They also didnt have materials to print the wood panels. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because of the other 2 workers that assisted me. One taller guy and another, which was the manager (again, NOT the woman in the picture) She told me to send my pictures to another Walgreens and gave me some money off my next purchase. I really appreciate her kindness and assistance a lot. She deserves a better staff for sure. She really went exceeded my expectations. Anyways, maybe don’t try this Walgreens. Always understaffed, long, long lines. If there’s 5+ people in line with 1 register open, expect to wait 7-10 minutes to leave. I completely understand if this were a grocery store and the staffs busy, but this is supposed to be for convenience. In and out, 7/11 is faster than this. They should probably look into self checkout. I would rather be happy with that."
