Tour was very thorough I was told about all of the amenities I was given all of the information I needed to apply along with the fees I was called by my first name plus a hand shake as I left Anthony made my tour a pleasurable experience... "I’ve been living her for over a year and really enjoy it. I love my apartment and the neighborhood. It’s close to restaurants, shops and right off the freeway. The team is also amazing from management to maintenance. I’m always greeted when I walk into the office and the team knows me by name. Any time I’ve had a service request it’s repaired quickly. Also, they have really good resident events. Like events you’ll actually want to go to! Overall great place to live!"

"The PICTURES I have attached will speak for themselves. This place use to be nice when I first moved in but it has really gone DOWNHILL lately. This might be easily overlooked at other apartments but Alta Southern Highlands is marketed as a luxury apartment and charge premium prices. This is unacceptable at this cost. Please see the photos, I am embarrassed to have any friends or family visit my apartment because there is trash present everywhere and areas do not get maintained or cleaned. The property has plenty of tenants, all paying premium rent prices, so there is no excuse that the property cannot afford to upkeep their side of the deal. The mail room situation is a nightmare, there are days I cannot find my package even after 10 mins of reading every box in there as there is no rhyme nor reason in the organization of packages. They are just thrown in there on whichever open shelf is available at the time. The employees I have encountered have been great to interact with, really nice people but they need more help. I want to see this property improve, I want to be proud and excited to have guests visit me."
