"My mail doesnt get put in my box till like 6pm i get informed at 7am its here check all day and its not in my box. People have checks they wait for in the mail and no one there seems to care. They wait all the way till the banks are closed to put mail out.... something needs to be done... we have bills to pay."

"Wow- this staff returns items on the regular costing me double shipping. Since late 2021 alot of opened packages over the weekends, items missing from boxes and the Post Master refuses to clear answering machine, will not speak to customers... Post Master General has been informed and are currently investigating mail fraud claims... Might be OK if you get 1 package a week... Broken Security cameras, absolutely filthy with old mail piled on poboxes, never swept/mopped- absolutely disgusting!"

"I honestly love going to this location! I live in Kekaha and purposely seek out this location for all my mailing needs. The clerks at this location are incredibly kind and helpful; clerk #2 (I am sad I have not asked his name till now!) specifically- is truly one of the kindest personnel I have met on this entire island. Its so sweet that they always offer recommendations of better cost and efficient methods to their customers; I have encountered this each and every time I have gone in. This location truly deserves an award as I have not experienced better serviced with any mailing location nationwide. Thank you for all you do and for displaying the true Aloha way!"

"Had a pkg that at was attempted to be delivered 1 time. It was being sent back after only 1 try... I had my Husband rush down to get it since this was the only Xmas present and a broken shipment replacement. He had to pay to have it taken off the truck. I was told the address it was sent to was only accepting 1 last name- but the resident was not happy when I told her this since she has 4 different family names that are delivered there and she said that they NEVER made that request!"

"The staff at our post office are professional, dedicated, and diligent. They deal with people who are in a hurry and sometimes downright rude to them every day, always treating them with courtesy and respect - I have seen it many times. I would encourage some others in my community to be patient. If the lines are long it is because they are understaffed, not because the workers aren’t doing their jobs. The USPS does not get tax revenue so the budget has to be covered entirely by postage and sales. Staffing is a challenge everywhere, not just in Waimea, especially around the holidays. The folks who carry the load are essential workers in our community and I am grateful for their service."
