"Very rude staff. Very little staff. If you walk in, no one will take your order. You have to become an employee and serve yourself at a kiosk. We won't mention that McDonald's costs more than it ever has, plus being on the island Hawaii, it's even more expensive. We were told we couldn't eat inside. They forgot several things from our order. They also said they no longer give refills on your fountain beverages. I was told I have to buy a new drink. I've never been to McDonald's, who doesn't have that. This particular McDonald's is very unwelcoming. We won't be coming back."

"We were required to order at the kiosk or on the moble app. We chose to use the app. Food was quickly prepared quickly and well. We ended up eating breakfast here multiple times. (Loved thy local platter) Each day the food was good, the restaurant is one of the cleanest I've seen and the service was friendly."
