"Decent customer service in delivering a freighted crate. They kind of dragged their feet on fixing an address when they could have easily contacted us to figure things out. Instead, our crate sat in their warehouse for a week before we finally bagged them with calls and eventually rented a U-Haul and picked it up ourselves instead of waiting multiple more days. It's hard to blame them since our shipper incorrectly put our delivery address, but they didn't do much to help us and it took maybe 5 calls back and forth to get it all figured out. A frustrating experience for sure. Their forklift guy is a hootin' PRO though. Very cool watching him work. The people working hands on with the crates are great, but the office people seem a little disconnected from the actual process and couldn't provide simple info like dimensions of our crate which was literally in the building they were sitting in. Again, felt like they could have done more but didn't feel bothered to."

"They helped deliver some large wooden crates that were freight shipped to Maui, and Tri Isle did a great job. The trucker showed up on time, fully prepared, and fork lifted them into place. Everyone was very friendly and professional and I would gladly hire them in the future"

"Most ridiculous customer service I have ever received. Extremely poor at communicating. Didn’t show up on the day they were suppose to pick up container. They show up the following day, state everything is good to go.... container missed its shipping date. They said they had everything dialed. Then they call Matson and say they need documentation. I had given them everything they asked for. -5 stars. Avoid like the plague."

"We always use Tri Isle for all our trucking needs for our company Maui Pool Masters/Ben's Custom Pools. Normally we contact them via phone and it's a simple process to get everything lined up. They pick up our pallets from young brothers, store them indoors at their warehouse until our scheduled delivery date. I went to their will call office for the first time last week since we have been customers of theirs. LJ helped me take off a few items from our pallets that are being delivered to Hana that I needed for a different job site. He was so polite and helpful!!! Because of that experience I decided to write this review and we will always continue to use Tri Isle for all of our trucking needs! Thank you!"
