"2/3/24 5:30 PM, Pulled up to the menu and said hello because a paper sign says their sensor is broken... a voice said 'one moment'.... I then waited in the drive-through for a full five minutes and this person never came back so I left... I mean how long is a person expected to wait for McDonalds? It's called fast food... thanks for wasting my valuable time."

"As McDonalds go, it was good. Quarter pounder was juicy well made and hot. Burger actually tasted like hamburger. Fries were fresh and hot. No ice in their drink station was the only bad thing."

"As you may or may not know, McDonald's has different local offerings depending on the location. This McDonald's inside Walmart in Kahului is no different! Their local offering was was rice, eggs, and Portuguese sausage, as well as Spam! It was really good and really filling! We went here before going to Pineapple and Distillery tour in HaliiMaile, and we were stuffed for hours! The only negative was that they didn't have Taro pies when we went! It's either because the promotion is finished or they ran out ;( Next time!"

"Asian manager lady is very rude every time i go here. I go to curbside all the time, bc its almost always quicker. Every single time she hands me my food she has a face and attitude like I just made the most ridiculous request ever. Just bizzare. Asian manager guy is super nice tho, service is always great. 5 stars for the guy manager, 1 star for the lady manager."

"Great service and quick. The staff does a great job of handling a very diverse set of customers (locals, tourists, court people) and they are very kind and helpful with everyone, regardless of appearances. The bathroom (only one toilet) is often messy and the dining room is pretty bad sometimes, but that is to be expected in a high-traffic restaurant such as this one."
