"Tried to use app codes but system not working. Staff said it's been iff and on. Would not accept that and denied all discounts. In fact when we finally got sides at window, they said too late since they ran it up. It's really bad when it's not the customers fault but staff has been told that they can just disregard these things. I know this owner has the McDonald's franchise and they own all but what a terrible customer service here on Maui."

"STAFF HELP REQUIRED! They are forced to close down the mobile pick up spots and the store. Leaving only drive thru available. There is a steady line of 8-10 vehicles in line, at any given time of day & night! The skeleton crew is killing it! Hoping they'll get some relief soon!!"
