"Dan McCreary really helped me out in finding and CLOSING THE DEAL on the house my wife and I wanted. My dad was a realtor/appraiser of 20 plus years and his advice to me when picking a realtor for my first house was to find the guy/girl in town who you see the most signs in front of houses with their name on it and who you see the most advertisements for because in his experience those were the realtors who were working harder than the other realtors in town to get deals closed and sell the most houses. I also asked Dan how many houses he had sold in the past year and I asked other realtors in town as well before choosing Dan. Dan had all the other realtors beat by far. I started working with Dan and he was always prompt to answer and return my calls and adapted to my schedule of when I could see houses. We finally decided on a house, made offers, and in my experience ran into a snag when the appraiser who appraised my house under-appraised my house lower than the negotiated selling price. Dan used his experience and know how to renegotiate the deal and close on the house for me. That is truly a scary situation to be in, because the deal could have easily fallen through, but DAN MADE IT HAPPEN. His business is family run and it was truly a pleasure working with them.
