My dad was a realtor/appraiser of 20 plus years and his advice to me when picking a realtor for my first house was to find the guy/girl in town who you see the most signs in front of houses with their name on it and who you see the most advertisements for because in his experience those were the realtors who were working harder than the other realtors in town to get deals closed and sell the most houses. That is truly a scary situation to be in, because the deal could have easily fallen through, but DAN MADE IT HAPPEN. His business is family run and it was truly a pleasure working with them.
