"Maintenance is extremely delayed if at all. Workorders are closed before work is completed. You are handed off from one person to another without solutions. The excuse is someone else is handling it. Grounds are full of glass and dog droppings. Drug deals and harassment by other tenants are very commom. I would give them a negative 5 if I could."
