"Absolutely loved living at this Apartment Complex. The place was very well prepared for when we moved in, literally not even a spec of dust was anywhere to be found. The rooms are spacious and homey, the carpet is super soft, the kitchen had the perfect amount of counter space for cooking, and the water/heater/AC worked beautifully all year round. Also the walls are not thin, so you don't have to worry about hearing every conversation on the people next door to you. On top of all of this Arrol was a great landlord and his wife helped out so much with the grounds keeping. They are truly genuine hardworking people. Every time the weather got bad in the winter and the roads were icy they were on top of it with putting the salt on the side walks. They were always out and about working on the shrubbery and keeping the area nice and clean. Me and my husband highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone who is looking for an apartment in this area!"

"The Willow Springs Apartments are a great place to live in Fernley. The complex is kept immaculate inside and out. The manager Arrol is friendly, helpful, responsive and honest. The apartments are well insulated and quiet. The bathrooms and kitchen are exceptional, large roomy and lots of storage, the apartments have nice large rooms, wide hallways and high ceilings. I would definitely recommend living at Willow Springs!"
