"My son had a appointment to see a apartment. When we got there, she was rude. The apartment smelled so bad we had to put vics under out nose, to help the smell.she treated my son like he was a low life. Not worthy to live there. Refused to let him fill out a application, because she was to busy shuffling throughpapers to send the owner, that she said she hadn't done in a while. Told my son look around her apartment. They all like this. My son did not want to touch anything. It washorrible. I felt ashamed to have him in there. She had no bra own hair un combed. Wanted 200 to hold apartment. He wasnt aloud to see. Ssid if he changed his mind she would keep the 200. If she changed her mind he would get it back. Said rent is 1200 plus 30.a ko for parkinglot care. I would rate it neg 10."

"RENTER BEWARE!! I will keep this as short as possible in this case it’s hard to do given that I have so much to say about this place and who’s “running” it! First and fore most, if you have dogs, do not waste money or time here!! The “landlord’s assistant” has admitted to me personally that the “landlord just doesn’t like dogs and that’s why she has such and issue with yours!” Meaning mine! The landlord will make sure that you are taking your dogs off her property, down the street, and expects them to wait the whole walk before they go potty! And if the public walks their dogs onto her property and their dog uses her complex as a potty area, YOU will be blamed and targeted for the reason the public and stray animals end up on her property! This is not a gated community, mind you! If you are disabled, FOR GET IT! She will put you in an upstairs apartment with no regards towards you and still expect you to physically walk your dogs down the street for them to use the potty. But other tenants and the public can use her property freely with no reprimand! Again, you will be blamed for other dogs and people! Washed and dryer is in these units, nice feature! Not for long! She pays the water bill and will try to fine you the amount of the water bill if you use any temperature other then cold only! If you are a member of the LGBTQ+ community, keep walking! You will be harassed! The “landlord” loves to drive slowly in front off your apartment, multiple times a day and night starting at 5AM and sometimes not ending til almost 9PM. If you try to confront her about any of the issues, she will take that as you putting her on the spot, deny everything, specially if anyone else is around. If it’s just you confronting her she will get verbally mean and loud! Oh and not to mention her “office” is stinky, dirty, filled with cats, and ferrets!! THIS IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, EFFORT, OR MONEY!!!"

"The number you call is not correct they refer you to a different number and the person "Marty" on that number is, let's just call her a real "C yoU Next Tuesday" kinda person. It's sort of a scam to get in and they're not the cheapest place in town and it sounds like everything is going to be a hassle. I would move on to other places"

"Wish I could give more info on the apartment complex however when I call the number listed on the webiste a woman answered, "Hello". I asked if this was Bramwell Manor Apartments and her reply was, "yes, it is also 8:25 on a Sunday" We just arrived in town and I was well aware of the date and time. Bramwell was the 3rd office I had called. All others were closed, ya know because it was 8:30 on a Sunday, so I left voicemail. The area and town are clearly growing, in order to get anything with availability and at a good price shoppers must be competitive. I understand this put the ball in your court but you also have a lot of competition. We will happily continue down our list of potential homes. If you don't want people calling a cell or home number,don't leave it. Or don't pick you. Google numbers are free and cell phones can be bought at Wal-Mart for 9.99, either could work for your business. Not the welcome we were looking for. Best of luck to all who rent, I hope you don't need to reach this person at 8:30 on a Sunday. I guess business is so good they don't need practical business skills or customer service."

"Renter Beware!!!!! The manager is a crazy; she charges deposits that vary from renter to renter. I believe she puts some in her pocket. The owner should audit her. There office is totally unprofessional, sticks and is hard to stay in but she will make you fill out the renters applications in the office ONLY? If you don’t visit with her or kiss her ass she will create unnecessary home inspections and will give you a non-renewal notice when the year lease is up!!!? I even paid the rent on time. I tried to stay out of her stinky office as much as possible. The smell of cat and ferrets is WAY overpowering!!! Pew!!! She lives on site and snoops around to see if she can catch someone’s conversations. She will ask you to tell her if you see or hear the neighbors “smoking pot”… DO NOT PLAN TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK…She will list untrue items as cleaning, replacements of doorknobs, Toilets, double cleaning carpets maintenance that should be done. Ect…. Other then the manager I loved the apartment even if you can hear the neighbors like you live with them."
