"The houses are beautiful and getting a lease was painless. Since then we have had several issues. Getting a response from someone in the office has been difficult and when they do respond it is with all kinds of corporate speak. We still cannot connect to the ADT alarm system, which we pay for. The rules regarding vehicles on the streets are not enforced. We paid the amount required to move in and then they came to a month later saying we owed almost $300 more. The property manger is the problem, not the builder."

Calls regarding maintenance are handled in a timely fashion, although there are clarification issues between builder and maintenance responsibilities with newer built homes, which is understood. Front office is very responsive and supportive of the client in those regards."
