"The landlord is such a cheat she is very rude for no reason and cheated my family out of 765 for rent which we already paid for but she’s to idiotic to give us a receipt. The maintenance man there keeps tabs on everyone and it’s unsettling. She doesn’t follow the right procedures to keep the apartments clean. She’s a very bitter women."

"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! Belle Haven Apartments are absolute crap. I lived here for about 3 months with my ex and my daughter. The apartment was infested with bed bugs and the place was absolutely disgusting. Mold was growing on the brick walls INSIDE the house and was pretty much impossible to get rid of. The cabinets didn't close in the kitchen and a lot of the floorboards weren't even nailed down (you can feel and see them pop up under the carpet). There was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling that was clearly painted over to hide it. What's even worse is the "manager", Pat, does absolutely NOTHING to fix ANY of these issues. She claims to be a nice person, but she isn't. She is extremely bipolar and rude if you say something that doesn't go her way. Not only is she rude, but she encourages her tenants to pay in cash since it's "easier" but what she actually does is use the rent money so she can go gamble with it. There are drug dealers everywhere in this complex and I even found a couple needles laying in the sidewalk by the pool, definitely not the "safe, child friendly, complex" that Pat claims it to be. All in all, this bug/mold infested hell-hole is not worth the $695 per month! If I could give this place negative stars, I would."
