"Updated July 5 2023 Place is really run professionally now. There were some disruptions with weird managers, but most problems seem to now be ironed out. (Update April 8 2020 FINALLY employees and most residents are wearing masks and taking pandemic seriously. Pretty sure their lag in response was part of HUD and Trump's anti-science performance.)"
"Real beautiful area. Nice common area but the cleanliness of the common area and floors have not been up to pare. Apartments are nice and tenants are nice. Parking is a issue. Guest parking is taken up by employees and it's the only 2 spots for guest. So getting medical equipment delivered can be a problem for some tenants. Right now many of the tenants are unsatisfied. Talk of tenants wanting to move out. The grounds are beautiful, serene, quite. Rated as a 3 because of location and the grounds."
