"We were in room 233, check in was normal. We went out and came back to our room around 11:15 pm. Parts of the roof was collapsing due to water damage. There were pieces of paint/dry wall on the floor, and huge bubbles of paint with water dripping on the ceiling. The bed was soaking, the water was dripping on top of our luggage, clothes and shoes. We were scared to stay in the room. We packed promptly and headed to the reception. The guy was calm and moved us to one of the two rooms they had available quickly. We never heard back on what caused the issue, if it was an accident, or a structural problem with the pipes in the building. We were not offered anything for the incoveniente, not even a drier to dry our stuff out. For those reasons, I wouldn't recommend this place nor plan to stay here again."

"Overall a great stay! Check in was easy and staff was very friendly, roof was really comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to stay in a good location for a little less money. Overall a good value and would return."

"The hotel has great potential but is not realized. The hotel is located in several buildings on both sides of the road, a bit problematic when the entire road is covered with ice and you have to go to the reception/room and sometimes with luggage. Regarding the reception, the reception staff were nice overall, it was a bit difficult to get information about the attractions in the area, what's more, some of the brochures available at the reception are not updated for the winter season. The breakfast is very good, the dining room is clean and calm in the early morning hours, in the late hours the dining room is full and it is difficult to manage there due to the fact that there are many people in a narrow and crowded place. Regarding the rooms, the room was reasonably clean but needed improvement, dirt in the sink and hairs on the bed even after the sheets were changed at our request. The bathroom curtain was too low and did not match the height of the bathtub, giving an unpleasant feeling during the shower. Also regarding the room, one of the lamps did not work and the heating did not warm up that much, so we asked the hotel staff to come and fix these problems, and indeed the bulb was replaced but the air conditioner still did not heat up properly. I would add that in order for the room to be cleaned, you have to ask the reception. We found out that issue after we got to the room in the afternoon and the room was not tidy, this is indicated on a very small note placed in the room... I would have expected them to say this during check-in so that we could prepare. The refrigerator does not include a freezer, but there is a kitchen for hotel guests to use, the smell there was not good (to say the least). More about the residential building, we were on the second floor and the lift did not work... It is not pleasant to spend the night on a high floor and carry all the luggage up the stairs. The hotel has an outdoor jacuzzi which absolutely needs to be renovated in my humble opinion, broken tiles that cause an unpleasant feeling. More about the jacuzzi, there are no towels in the room that are intended for the jacuzzi and as I already said, there is no organized room service... The hotel could easily be rated higher but the things I mentioned above completely detracted from the experience and we were very disappointed."

"This stay far exceeded my expectations. Usually quality inn is known for budget hotels but this place was 10 times nicer than the one I stayed at last week in Mobile AL. The free breakfast is something not to be missed. It even has an automatic pancake maker which was pretty entertaining. The building itself was nice and recently updated. My room was great. Most comfy bed ever. Even had a little balcony. I took the shuttle bus from Reno to get here and got dropped at the Harvey’s stop and it was about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Short walk to all the action and reaturaunts and stuff. Also want to add that I traveled solo and felt nothing but safe walking back at night."

"I had low expectations but this hotel exceeded them, so for a Quality Inn i would give this place 5 stars. For the price point, I usually don’t even expect clean rooms but these rooms actually felt very clean! The breakfast selection was what you would expect, and definitely filling with the waffle maker. We travelled with a dog so the location was very nice and quiet for a morning/evening walk with the dogs. Overall: pleasantly surprised for the price of the hotel!"
