Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Please whoever is in charge HIRE MORE BANK TELLERS!! Waiting over 30 minutes in a line because you only have 1 or 2 tellers is horrible! I literally hate and dread coming here! I work 12 hour shifts standing most of the time and by the time I leave my legs and feet hurt so bad just to come stand in line for what feels like forever. Please guys get it together!"

"This bank always has long wait times. And they always have some issue or another. I asked where next nearest bank to them was and they were going to send me 12 miles away instead of 2 miles up the street. Annoyed with BOA."

"I walked in trying to open an account I asked the lady opening accounts, she gave me the worst customer service you can give some one. So I knew he demeanor meant she hated her job. I asked another dude that works there at window to help me out and seems like everything goes through the same lady that has attitude opening accounts. Shame you can't open an account with been judged out the back."

"I love this bank, been with them for a long time, maybe 15+ years, but I can't stand the workers here. If at all possible, I try to avoid them as much as I can. Today I went in and decided to ask one of the workers a few questions about getting a secured card. Every answer she gave me was disrespectful and almost seemed like she didn't want me banking there. Every answer was negative. She was very short, on the bigger side and latina. I left without making an appointment. Other times their security gave me a hard time just to enter the bank. I like using the ATM on the inside because our summers are harsh out here, but she acted like I was going to rob the bank. I was in a shirt and tie at the time. All I'm saying is, the bank itself is good if you can stay away from the fees, just be responsible. But the workers, replace your staff or do some serious customer service training."

"REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went today to deposit a check and it was a little ripped in the middle, but it wasn’t missing any piece. I’ve deposited checks in the same condition and never had a problem. Before getting to the cashier, I asked one of the bankers if it was ok to deposit it and he said it was good. When I got to the cashier, she asked me why it was ripped and I told her because the way it was folded, but didn’t missed any piece. The manager came up to me and said it cannot be deposited and that I needed a new one threw the check to me and said “thank you for coming”, she didn’t even game me a chance to explain. I felt discriminated because I was speaking Spanish since all the people that work there are Hispanic and the manager didn’t even talked to me in Spanish. THANKFULLY, I went to the location at EAST SAHARA and I didn’t had a problem at all and everyone was very kind, I ended up depositing my check without any problem. They don’t even deserve 1 star."
